Ingredients
- 1/2 med. size box elbow macaroni
- 1 (8 ounce.) Velveeta cheese
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Lowfat milk
- Pepper & salt
Directions
- Cook macaroni till tender and drain. Put sufficient lowfat milk in pan to almost cover the macaroni. Add in butter. Bring to boil. Cut up cheese in chunks, stir into macaroni. Stir till cheese is completely melted. Cook over low heat till thick. Salt and pepper to taste.
