Ingredients
- 2 c. flour, all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 T sugar
- 2 T oil
- A healthy pinch of salt
- 2 or possibly 3 large eggs
- 1 pt. buttermilk, or possibly a bit more for a thinner batter
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together to make batter. Cook on hot grill with light coat of Pam, on under each grilling.Our tradition each Sunday morning, our family would have a large breakfast, large eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes and Mom's wonderful pancakes. It was a fun memory, as we would sit around the table talking, laughing, enjoying breakfast, off to church we would go.
