Ingredients
- (crustless)
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. low-fat lowfat milk pwdr (equal to 4 c. low-fat lowfat milk)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. brown sugar Twin (R)
- 1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt (R) Mix
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp grnd cloves
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into a 9 inch glass pie pan sprayed with non-stick spray.
- Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 1 hour, or possibly till knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Serve hot or possibly let sit and serve.
