Ingredients

  • 1 box instant lemon pudding mix (sugar-free or possibly regular)
  • 1 can Pineapple chucks
  • 1 can Fruit cocktail (or possibly any chucky mixed fruit)
  • 1/2 c. Coconut (opt.)

Directions

  1. Empty one can of fruit with all its juice into a bowl. Pour pudding mix over it. Add in the next can of fruit but only half its juice. Mix well. If it's too thick, add in some of the reserved juice. (Opt. - Fold in coconut).
  2. Chill until cool and enjoy!
