Ingredients
- 1 ounce Unflavored gelatin
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Lemon yogurt Fresh strawberries optional
Directions
- Soften gelatin in 2 Tbsp. of water. Stir in lowfat milk. Cook and stir till gelatin dissolves. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Stir in yogurt.
- Gradually blend in gelatin mix. Pour into a 3 c. mold or possibly t 1/2 c. molds. Refrigeratetill set. Unmold and garnish with fresh strawberries, or possibly other fruit of your choice. Barb Day
