Ingredients
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 4 ounce sugar
- 8 ounce egg yolks
- 1 ounce vanilla bean
- 4 ounce whole lowfat milk
- 4 ounce lavender honey
Directions
- Bring lowfat milk to a boil. Infuse the vanilla beans in the lowfat milk for at least 10 hrs.
- Mix sugar, egg yolks, and lavender honey. Add in cream and lowfat milk. Strain. Bake at 225 degrees for one hour.
