Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place oil and butter into a sauce pan or possibly square pan and heat over heat. Add in mushrooms, green onions, and garlic; saute/fry for five min. Add in pastis and reduce for five min.
  2. Add in salmon and half of basil and cook till the salmon is done. Add in salt and pepper to taste and serve with beurre blanc or possibly fish sauce.
