Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon filet
- 1 ounce green onions
- 2 ounce quartered mushrooms
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 ounce butter
- 1 x garlic clove shaved Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 ounce basil sliced
- 1 ounce pastis
Directions
- Place oil and butter into a sauce pan or possibly square pan and heat over heat. Add in mushrooms, green onions, and garlic; saute/fry for five min. Add in pastis and reduce for five min.
- Add in salmon and half of basil and cook till the salmon is done. Add in salt and pepper to taste and serve with beurre blanc or possibly fish sauce.
