Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Knorr Swiss vegetable soup mix
- 1 box liquid removed & squeezed uncooked, minced spinach
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 c. mayo
- 2 (8 ounce) cartons lowfat sour cream
- 1 loaf pumpernickel bread
Directions
- Mix together all but bread and chill overnight. Hollow out bread, fill with dip. Tear extra bread into bite size pcs, place around loaf.
