Directions

  1. Reduce orange, pineapple, lemon and lime juice and reduce on medium heat till it becomes a glaze (approximately 20-25 min). Cold the glaze for about 20 min. When glaze is cold to touch add in to shredded jicama and carrot.
  2. Yield: 4-6 servings (2 Tbsp.)
