Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 med onion sliced
- 1 x green pepper cut into strips
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 can garbanzos
- 1 can Italian stewed tomatoes (basil, oregano and garlic)** salt pepper extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper and saute/fry in oil for about 2 min per side, or possibly till browned. Add in the onions, peppers and garlic, and saute/fry for another 4 min. Add in the garbanzos and tomatoes, cover reduce heat to medium, and cook till heated all the way through, about 10 min.
