  • Chuck roast
  • 4-5 beef bouillon cubes (depending on size of roast)
  • Garlic pwdr
  • Italian seasoning
  • Pepper
  • Sub buns

Directions

  1. Boil in Dutch oven roast, bouillon cubes and garlic pwdr approximately 4-5 hrs or possibly till you can shred it. Add in Italian seasoning and pepper to taste. Take out all fat before adding seasonings. Serve on sub buns. Reserve some broth to use as a dip for sandwiches.
