Crockpot Bbq Beef For Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 lb Chuck roast
  • 1 c. Water
  • 2 x Beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped onion
  • 15 ounce Can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Ketchup
  • 1/4 c. Mustard dash Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Roast meat, along with 1 c. water and bouillon cubes till very tender or possibly cook on low in the crock pot 8 to 10 hrs, till tender. Shred meat with a fork after cooking and retain 1 c. of the juice from cooking. Add in rest of the ingredients to shredded meat. Put in a crock pot and cook on low heat 3 to 4 hrs (or possibly on high 1 1/2 to 2 hours). Serve over dinner rolls.
