Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Bacon
- 2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 x Egg
- Â Â Lettuce
- Â Â Onion, minced
Directions
- Break up lettuce and onion, place in serving bowl and set aside. To make dressing, cook bacon, drain and add in water. Mix together sugar, vinegar, flour and egg. Pour into water and bacon, cook till thick. Pour dressing over lettuce while still warm, serve immediately.
