Learned this from a shared PIN. I like this recipe and added a little twist of heat.

Directions

  1. Gently dip each rice paper in warm water for a few seconds till damp. Don't over soak the rice paper.
  2. Place rice paper on plate and begin to add the fillings.
  3. (As rice paper begins to absorb the water and become more soft and pliable)
  4. Start layering your fillings of lettuce, tomatoes and bacon.
  5. Roll the paper wrapper with fillings away from you, tucking and rolling the wrapper with your fingers, making sure all the fillings remain tight and round within the rice paper wrapper.
  6. Serve with dipping sauce.
