Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Fresh Fettucine, Or possibly Other Pasta
  • 2/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil, (I Used 1/3 c.)
  • 2 x Cloves Garlic (Finely Chopped, (I Used garlic press)
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper, I Used A dash of Grnd red pepper)

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile heat oil in frying pan. Add in garlic salt and crushed red pepper.
  3. Cook over low heat about 3 min. Toss with warm, liquid removed pasta.
  4. NOTES : Makes a nice main course served with sliced tomatoes and basil drizziled with your favorite dressing, Hard rolls, Cantaloupe slices and freshe green grapes.
