- 1 pkt Fresh Fettucine, Or possibly Other Pasta
- 2/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil, (I Used 1/3 c.)
- 2 x Cloves Garlic (Finely Chopped, (I Used garlic press)
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper, I Used A dash of Grnd red pepper)
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile heat oil in frying pan. Add in garlic salt and crushed red pepper.
- Cook over low heat about 3 min. Toss with warm, liquid removed pasta.
- NOTES : Makes a nice main course served with sliced tomatoes and basil drizziled with your favorite dressing, Hard rolls, Cantaloupe slices and freshe green grapes.
