  • 2 can (16-ounce) whole tomatoes
  • 2 can (8-ounce) plain or possibly Spanish tomato sauce
  • 1 can (4-ounce) minced green chiles
  • 4 x -(up to)
  • 5 x Jalapeno peppers, tops removed
  • 1 jar (2-ounce) minced pimento
  • 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 tsp Cumin

Directions

  1. Put tomato sauce & jalapeno peppers in blender. Chop. Pour into large bowl.
  2. Put whole tomatoes in blender & barely chop. Pour into large bowl, add in remaining ingredients. Cure for at least 24 hrs before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
