Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 can sliced pineapple or possibly chunk style
- 4 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp. water
Directions
- Brown the chops and pour off drippings. Drain pineapple (save liquid). Mix liquid and teriyaki sauce and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 45 min or possibly till tender.
- Blend 1 Tbsp. water and cornstarch. Remove chops and stir cornstarch into sauce, bring to a boil till sauce thickens. Add in the pineapple and pour over pork chops. Good with rice or possibly noodles.
