Ingredients: 2 c. shredded green cabbage; 2 c. shredded red cabbage; 1 green bell pepper, finely minced; 1 red bell pepper, finely minced; 1 sm. red onion, slivered; 1 unpeeled red apple, cored and finely minced; 2 teaspoon dill weed; 6 tbsp. light mayonnaise; 1 teaspoon prepared mustard; 1/4 c. apple juice or possibly cider; Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine ingredients in large plastic bag, close tightly and shake well to blend. Chill several hrs before serving.
