Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded green cabbage
- 2 c. shredded red cabbage
- 1 green bell pepper, finely minced
- 1 red bell pepper, finely minced
- 1 sm. red onion, slivered
- 1 unpeeled red apple, cored and finely minced
- 2 teaspoon dill weed
- 6 tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. apple juice or possibly cider
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine ingredients in large plastic bag, close tightly and shake well to blend. Chill several hrs before serving.
