Ingredients
- 1 c. walnut pcs, divided
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 1/2 c. flake coconut
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan with butter flavor Crisco. Set aside. Chop 1/2 c. nuts. Set aside. Chop 1/2 more.
- For crust: Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter flavor Crisco till fine crumbs form. Add in 1/2 c. finely minced nuts and coconut. Mix well. Remove 1/2 c.. Set aside. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 min till edges are lightly browned.
