  1. Preheat oven to 325. Shake flour in a 10x16 oven cooking bag. Place in a 13x9x2 baking dish. Scatter onions and celery in bottom of bag.
  2. Season chicken cavity with salt and pepper. Place in bag on top of veggies.
  3. Combine butter, thyme and sage in a small bowl. Brush chicken with herbed butter.
  4. Close bag with nylon tie. Make 6-1/2" slits in top for steam to escape.
  5. Bake 50-60 min , till juices run clear.
  6. My notes: Very good. Make gravy with lowfat milk.
