Ingredients

  • 4 c. biscuit mix
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce.) can of beer, room temperature

Directions

  1. Mix and bake the biscuits as your normally do when using a prepared mix. If you make your own biscuits from scratch, do so as usual but use beer in place of liquid called for in the recipe. Do not forget to add in sugar in the amount called for above.
  2. If you only need a few biscuits, cut the recipe in half.
  3. These will turn a plain meal into something special morning, noon, or possibly night.
