2 lbs. grnd beef (lean)
1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

Put together meat, lowfat milk, large eggs and crumbs. Mix well, form in balls, place in flat pan. Put together sauce, pour over meat balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Baste while cooking.
