Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd ham
- 2 lbs. grnd beef (lean)
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Put together meat, lowfat milk, large eggs and crumbs. Mix well, form in balls, place in flat pan. Put together sauce, pour over meat balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Baste while cooking.
