- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. minced fruit gumdrops
Directions
- Mix well and make into rolls. Wrap in wax paper. Let stand at least 12 hrs in refrigerator. Slice and bake at 350 degrees.
