  • 2 lb roasted Warm green chillies skinned
  • 1/2 c. scallion -- minced
  • 1/2 c. chives -- minced
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 3 clv garlic
  • 1 pch salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Bring it all to a simmer minus the chives. Simmer 10 min. Puree in a blender and strain through a medium sieve.
  2. Adjust seasonings.
