Ingredients

  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 quart Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 6 Tbsp. Grapenut cereal, (or possibly more if you want) Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs lightly; add in sugar and salt then stir in lowfat milk. Add in vanilla & nutmeg. Grease a 2 quart baking dish with butter and sprinkle with grapenuts.
  2. Add in custard mix. Bake at 350 deg F for 1 hr and 30 min or possibly till knife comes out clean.
