Ingredients
- 20 graham crackers
- 1/2 pound butter
- 2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 3 sq. baking chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Roll 20 graham crackers; use 1/2 of these crumbs to line an 8 inch square pan. Cream 1/2 lb. butter, 2 c. confectioners' sugar; beat in 3 Large eggs, one at a time; beat in 3 squares melted baking chocolate; stir in 1 1/2 c. minced walnuts and 1 tsp. vanilla. Spread this in pan lined with 1/2 of the graham cracker crumbs. Sprinkle remaining half of graham cracker crumbs on top. Put in refrigerator overnight. Cut in squares. Can be served with whipped cream if you wish.
