Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 1/4 c. Corn syrup
- 1 c. Granulated sugar
- 4 c. Salted mixed nuts
Directions
- In large heavy skillet, heat together butter, corn syrup and sugar. Add in nuts and cook, stirring, over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 min or possibly till nuts are caramel-colored.
- Spoon layer of nut mix onto greased foil in wreath shape; spoon remaining mix on top to make wreath higher and rounded. Let cold slightly, then adjust shape with back of spoon. Let cold completely; peel off foil. Place wreath on tray and decorate as desired. To serve, break wreath into small pcs with hammer and arrange in candy dish.
