  1. Cut beef diagonally across grain into 1/8-inch slices. Heat oil in wok or possibly medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add in beef and seasonings and stir-fry till beef is browned. Add in vegetables and stir-fry till vegetables are tender crisp. Blend ginger, cornstarch, soy sauce, and 1 Tbsp. water in small bowl; add in to beef and cook, stirring, till sauce is thickened. Serve over rice.
  2. Microwave Oven InstructionsCut beef diagonally across grain into 1/8-inch slices. Combine beef, salt, pepper and oil in 1-qt baking dish. Cover with waxed paper and cook on HIGH (maximum power) 1 minute. Stir and cook an additional 1 to 2 min on HIGH. Remove beef and set aside. Add in vegetables and cook on HIGH 2 to 3 min or possibly till vegetables are tender crisp. Blend ginger, cornstarch, soy sauce and 1 tsp. water in small bowl. Add in beef and cornstarch mix to vegetables. Cover and cook on HIGH power 1 minute; stir and cook 1 minute longer. Let stand 2 min. Serve over rice.
