  1. Brush the pork with the sesame oil and honey. Mix the ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, ehite vinegar, black pepper, garlic, and Sherry cooking wine. Put half the mixture into a pot and let simmer until it boils, apply the rest evenly over the pork. Once mixture boils, turn off abd add butter cubes into sauce.
  2. Sear the pork until an even brown crust appears, or about 5 minutes. Turn and repeat until all sides are brown, Our half of remaining sauce mixture over pork to meduim to medium-well. Remove from oan to rest pork about 20 minutes, slice down the add sauce.
