  • 1 lrg pkg. raspberry Jello
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkt frzn wild blueberries
  • 1 pkt frzn strawberries, cut into bite-sized pcs
  • 1 can pineapple chunks (optional)
  • 1 pt lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Key - make sure Jello is fully dissolved before adding frzn fruit. Jello will gel as you stir. Spray mold with cooking spray and add in a little less than 1/2 the mix. Spread lowfat sour cream then add in remaining mix. Cover and refrigerateovernight.
