Ingredients
- 1/2 c. plus 2 T butter
- 5 ounce thin salted pretzel sticks, crushed fine (1 1/4 c.)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 T fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 T Tequila
- 1 T plus 1 teaspoon Triple Sec.
- 1 drop green food coloring
- 2 1/2 c. whipping cream
Directions
- Generously grease a 9 inch pie plate. Heat butter in medium size saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in pretzel crumbs and sugar till well blended. Press firmly over bottom and sides of pie plate. Place in freezer till hard. To make filling, mix Eagle lowfat milk, lime juice, Tequila, Triple Sec and food coloring in small bowl. In large bowl whip cream till soft peaks form. Mix in Eagle lowfat milk mix till blended. Pour into crust and freeze uncovered 6 hrs. Wrap air-tight and freeze at least 2 hrs before serving. Let stand 15 min before serving. 10 servings. 558 calories.
