- 1/2 c. Sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh coriander, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Jalapeno pepper, finely minced

- 3 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a glass or possibly plastic bowl. Cover and chill at least one hour to blend flavors.
