- 1 tsp onion pwdr
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper For a lighter and slightly exotic breading,try:
- 1/2 c. sifted chick pea flour ('garam flour' or possibly 'besan' at Asian stores)
- 1/2 c. unbleached white flour with:
- 1 Tbsp. mixed herbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper or possibly:
- 2 tsp curry pwdr or possibly garam masala
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
Directions
- I like herbes de province (more flavour than fines herbes), Old Bay, and Spike, but fish breaded in the curry mix is wonderful.
