Directions

  1. Cut jicama into 1/4" cubes. Add in cilantro, salt, and Seville* orange juice and set aside to season for at least an hour. Serve the salad garnished with the orange slices.
  2. Note: If you cannot get Seville oranges, an acceptable substitute is:
  3. 1 tsp. finely grated grapefruit rind, 3 Tablespoons orange juice, 3 Tablespoons grapefruit juice, 2 Tablespoons lemon juice.
