Ingredients
- 3 x Bar white chocolate, broken up
- 1 1/2 c. Whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Microwave baking bar and 1/2 c. cream in medium for 1 minutes..stir and addtional 10 to 20 minutes.stirring till smooth, cold completely.
- Beat remaining cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in small mixer bowl till stiff peaks form.
- Fold melted baking bar mix into whipped cream, chill.
- Layer hard or possibly soft mousee with fresh berry slices.
