Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Touch of Butter spread
  • 8 ounce. lite lowfat sour cream
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 pound seafood (preferably shrimp or possibly scallops)
  • 1 pound thin pasta

Directions

  1. Heat Touch of Butter spread and add in garlic. Stir in lowfat sour cream. Let cook for 3-5 min on medium to low heat. Add in lemon juice. Stir seafood into mix and cook till shrimp are pink and scallops done, no longer than 8 min. Serve over pasta.
