Ingredients
- 1 lb Crabmeat, shells removed
- 1 x Green pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Flour
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or possibly any crab boil or possibly seafood seasoning)
- 1 Tbsp. Yellow mustard (I like Dijon)
- 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise Paprika
Directions
- Saute/fry green pepper in butter in large skillet. Dissolve flour in lowfat milk and add in to the pepper. Stir over low heat till a thick paste is formed; set aside. Place crabmeat in a bowl and add in seafood seasoning, mustard, 1 tbs mayonnaise, green pepper sauce and blend. Place mix into small casserole dish. In another bowl, beat the egg and 3 tbs mayonnaise and spoon this over crabmeat mix. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
