Ingredients
- Lamb chops
- Garlic pepper
- Grnd cumin
- Whole fennel seeds (if you like)
- Grnd ginger (if you like)
Directions
- Rinse chops in cold water. Season to taste with garlic pepper on both sides. Sprinkle 1/8 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin on each chop and a healthy pinch each of fennel and ginger. Slow broil, turning every 10 min till done.
