Ingredients
- 4 small avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1 can Mexican Rotel, liquid removed
- 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 small red onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr (or possibly to taste)
- 1 teaspoon cumin pwdr (or possibly to taste)
- salt, to taste
- juice of one lime
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, chill. Serve with chips.
