- 1/4 c. Pickling liquid from
- Â Â Jalapenos
- Â Â Juice of 2 limes
- 4 Tbsp. Oil, preferably canola
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped fresh Cilantro
- 4 x Green onions, sliced
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
Directions
- Puree the marinade ingredients in a food processor or possibly blender. The marinade is best the day it's made.
