Directions

  1. Cook chicken in salt water. Boil rice in 2 c. water till tender. Mix with above ingredients and chill overnight. Add in 1 c. diced celery, 1/4 c. green pepper, 1/4 c. mayonnaise. Add in salt and pepper to taste. You can mix 1/4 c. raisins, pecans or possibly walnuts or possibly water chestnuts.
