Directions

  1. If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 serving pcs. Mix lowfat sour cream, lemon juice and chili pwdr. Dip fish into lowfat sour cream mix; coat with chips. Place in generous greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  2. Pour butter over fish. Place dish on oven rack which is slightly above middle positions of oven. Cook uncovered in 500 degree oven till fish flakes easily with fork, 10-12 min. Serve with sliced avocado and tomatoes if you like.
