Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. self-rising flour
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) can flaked coconut
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar; add in Large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add in lowfat milk and flour, blending well. Add in coconut. Pour into a lightly greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set.
