Directions

  1. In a 5 qt crockpot, combine potatoes, onion, carrots, garlic, salt, pepper and stock. Cook on low 10 to 12 hrs. During the last 10 min of cooking time, stir in velveeta till melted, stir in cream and turn off crockpot. Cover and let sit till serving time.
  2. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
