This dressing is light and creamy!!! Perfect for salad and party dips!!
Ingredients
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 6.5 oz. marinated artichoke hearts â plus the marinade
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of capers â plus a little marinade
- Small handful of fresh dill
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 3 slices of red onion
Directions
- Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Serve on your favorite salad greens.
- Remember you control the ingredients add more or less of the ingredients to your taste. Also, you control the thickness of the dressing.
