Ingredients

  • 15 c. Corn (don't blanch)
  • 4 c. Ice water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. salt less 2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Mix together the Ice water, sugar and the salt. Pour over the corn. Put in plastic bags and freeze. (I use a bag sealer, but you dona't have to)
  2. To cook at meal time: Put frzn bag in warm water and bring just to a boil. Don't let boil. This tastes just like fresh corn cut off the cob and cooked.
