Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. soybean oil
  • 1/2 c. cilantro roughly minced
  • 1 Tbsp. finely grated fresh ginger generous
  • 2 x green onions finely sliced Salt to taste
  • 2 ounce tofu (2 blocks) * liquid removed on papertowels

Directions

  1. * USE MORI NU LITE TOFU
  2. Combine the dressing ingredients and set aside.
  3. Cut the tofu into 1 inch cubes and arrange on individual plates. Cover with the dressing and serve immediately.
  4. Yield: 4 servings
