  • 1 c. Cream
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg Desired Flavoring

Directions

  1. You will also need a 1 pound coffee can and a 3 pound coffee can - both with good lids.
  2. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into 1 pound coffee can and put on the lid.

  4. pound can inside the 3 pound coffee can. Put ice and rock salt around the 1 pound can. Put
  5. the lid on the 3 pound can. Roll on the floor for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till ice cream has set. Add in more ice and salt, as needed.
  6. NOTES : This is a great way for kids to have fun as well as make a treat for themselves.
  7. You can use an egg timer so which each has a turn rolling.
