  1. Combine ingredients except butter. Microwave 11 min on high (the mix will boil). While waiting for the mix to cook, fill a quarter of the sink with really cool water (add in ice cubes to the water if desired). Once the mix is finished cooking put the bowl directly in the cool water ensuring which no water spills into the bowl. Add in 1 tsp. of butter to the mix till it becomes thick. Mix is thick sufficient when it wraps around the spoon. Pour the mix into buttered 8x8 pan and let stand for 30 min.
