Ingredients
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Cocoa pwdr
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 c. Shortening
- 3/4 c. Butter, softened
- 2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 jar marshmallow cream, 7 ounce.
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
Directions
- For Cookie: Blend together dry ingredients and then add in all wet ingredients. Blend thoroughly. Drop by rounded tsp. onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Leave space and only use a tsp.,they spread. Bake at 400 for 7-8 min. Remove immediately and cold.
- Makes a soft cake likecookie. For Filling:Blend all and beat with mixer until fluffy. Spread filling on one cookie and top with another, sandwich style.
